Unit info
We have been playing as a unit since early 2010. The five founding members had been playing together for a long time but finally decided to become a unit, with standardized guns, gear and communications equipment. Over the next few months we added a couple members with backgrounds in law enforcement and SWAT. This made our training count for more, having somebody teach you tactics firsthand is a lot easier than trying to learn it yourself. Over the time we have been a unit we have added a few members but have stayed small the whole time. Our view is that the larger you get, the harder it gets to manage people, standardize gear, and train. We also have always been a group of friends. When you are friends with somebody everything becomes easier.
